Requirements

• Source and negotiate with contractors/suppliers for favorable contracts/terms of contract
• Maintain a reliable group of suppliers
• Day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the office
• Timely purchase of office equipment and furniture
• Timely payment to contractors/suppliers
