Hardware Supervisor

The Hardware Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stocking crew, hiring and recruiting new employees, and coaching and developing existing employees to build a bench for future growth and promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Conduct daily walks and communicate a game plan for the hardware team
• Support Store Manager in observing the hardware team and help deliver real time feedback on ways to improve hospitality
• Work with Store Manager and Vendors to help the hardware team establish and maintain a backup source for high-demand items
• Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with staff, vendors, co-workers, and other department employees
• Operates equipment when necessary
• Work with Store Manager to ensure Product Directory, Cycle Count and all company initiative commitments are achieved
• Help create promotional signage and updates digital monitors if applicable
