Job Description
ECAM is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst - Apprentice to assess the quality of performance of the Escalation Management Group. The role involves monitoring calls and email responses, developing and implementing call quality processes, and providing recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Quality Assurance role
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
