Job Description
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role requires excellent customer service skills, de-escalation skills, and the ability to work in a variety of environments. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing access control, and ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Have a clean Driving Record
- Have a current Driver's License
