Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Use of Force certified with at least 1 year Tactical security experience
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification (WSIB Approved)
- Experience working with Vulnerable population
- Working Knowledge of Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act enforcement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Strong documentation and report-writing abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for the duration of your shift
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite)
- Self-defence, powers of arrest, or EMR training is considered a strong asset
