Americas Legal Counsel

The Americas Legal Counsel plays a key role in driving business success by delivering timely, practical legal advice across the region. Based in Plymouth, USA, and reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and the Americas, and Assistant Corporate Secretary, this role partners closely with business and functional teams to enable strategic initiatives, manage legal risk, and support day-to-day operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent with active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in law firm or in-house setting
• Experience in commercial contract review, drafting, negotiation, interpretation, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law, with an emphasis on practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Experience in dispute resolution, labor and employment, real estate, intellectual property, aftermarket, compliance, and governance a plus
