Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of their store, encompassing Sales, Administrative duties, budget management, personnel, and store maintenance. This role focuses on maximizing sales, maintaining customer service, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The manager will be the first point of contact for customers and employees, acting as a key part of store management.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- College Associate or Business Degree preferred.
- 5 years prior experience in a fast-paced business operation.
- Available to be on-call 24/7.
- Excellent communication skills, general accounting principles, and a professional attitude.
