Job Description
GATC Health is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their growing team and manage therapeutic discovery projects. The role involves collaborating with technical and scientific teams, coordinating projects, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a passion for innovation in the biotech industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within biotech/pharmaceutical/healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of scientific concepts related to pharmaceutical discovery.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
