Operator, Production (electromechanic)

Gates is a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. We are looking for an electromechanic to join our maintenance team in Legnica, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machines and production equipment, diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, and performing technical inspections.

Requirements

• Electrical, mechanical, or related technical education
• Ability to read, interpret, and work with technical documentation, schematics, and manuals
• General knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, including pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical installations
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify root causes of technical issues
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, measuring instruments, and standard workshop equipment
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a safety-first mindset in all tasks performed
• Flexibility and readiness to work on a 3-shift system / 4-brigade schedule
