As Senior Manager of Global Product Line Management - Hydraulic Hose, you’ll set the strategic direction, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing team in a collaborative, global environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product line management or related roles
• Proven leadership experience—building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset with experience in roadmap development and new product commercialization
• Strong leadership and influencing skills—able to build partnerships across regions and functions
• Business acumen and knowledge of go-to-market strategies
• Experience in Fluid Power or Fluid Conveyance industries is a plus
