Job Description
Gateway Rehab is seeking a PRN therapist for a Waynesburg, PA location. The role involves providing substance use treatment, case management, and therapy to assigned patients, with regular supervision and instruction. Responsibilities include documentation, patient assessment, referrals, and insurance authorizations.
Requirements
- Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment.
- Provides individual, group, and/or family therapy.
- Completes clinical documentation accurately.
- Establishes and maintains patient contact.
- Participates in regular supervision.
- Adheres to HIPAA and OMHSAS regulations.
- Completes mandatory training programs.
- Passes background checks and obtain certifications.
