Job Description
Gateway Rehab is seeking a PRN Treatment Support Technician to assist with programming, patient care, and documentation. The role involves facilitating group discussions, monitoring patient behavior, assisting with phone calls, and collecting data. This position requires frequent supervision and offers a range of responsibilities consistent with a recovery support environment.
Requirements
- Facilitates discussion groups and activities.
- Monitors patient behavior.
- Assists patients with assessment forms and communication.
- Collects urine and documents drug screening.
- Provides post-discharge contacts and referrals.
- Monitors medication and documentation.
- Applies GRC trainings and in-services.
- Complete intake paperwork as needed.
- Monitors clients' ADLs (chores, behaviors, grooming).
