Job Description
Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA) is seeking a Team Leader for an Executive Protection Team. This full-time role is merit-based and leads to a 2-year leadership program within GDBA. Protectors will lead teams, protect clients, and utilize GDBA's resources in challenging environments, earning up to $110,000 annually.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience conducting close protection/executive protection operations.
- Experience working in residential, corporate, technology, or military/law enforcement Protective Security Details (PSD).
- International or domestic field/travel experience is beneficial.
- 2+ years working as an Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT), Paramedic (NREMT-P), or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must be willing to pass a physical readiness test (Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, 800m run) and pass a pre-employment background investigation.
