Network Engineer in Telephony & Collaboration

GBM is the leading IT services company in Central America and the Caribbean, expert in information technologies. We are looking for a Network Engineer in Telephony & Collaboration to join our team.

Requirements

• Expert in Cisco Telephony and Collaboration products, with proven experience
• At least 6 years of proven experience in all related to Telephony, Collaboration and Contact Center
• Proven experience in video protocols
• Knowledge in VMware, and Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of UCS, UCS Manager, Storage, Fabric Interconnect
• Knowledge in UPD, TCP, RTP, sRTP, h323, MGCP, E1, PRI, FXS, FXO, SIP protocols
• Knowledge in Networking, Firewalls, port control, protocol inspection and multicast flow management
• Knowledge in Digital Certificates
• High experience in complex environments diagnosis and troubleshooting processes of Telephony, Collaboration and Contact Center
• Wide knowledge in the use of tools: Wireshark, RTMT, Cisco web tools
• Proven experience and knowledge in debugs and traces of the different collaboration platforms, mainly of Cisco
• Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, and DNS, DHCP, TFTP protocols
• Experience in technically leading projects of implementation of collaboration platforms that provide service to clients with at least 10,000 users
• Must be at least a CCIE Collaboration candidate (preferably with the current CCIE Collaboration certification)
• Must have a current Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification, at least 3 years old
• Must have Cisco CCNA
• University graduate in Telecommunications or related careers
