Requirements
- Experience in technological support level 1 to end users, telephone calls, email, and tools for documenting transactions (ITSM)
- Technical secondary in engineering in systems, networks, computer science, or university student of careers in engineering in systems, computer administration, or degree
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, software installations, support to end users, and networks
