Requirements
- Configuring network equipment
- Handling incidents and providing support
- Configuration of connectivity between the customer and providers
- Configuration of communication correction steps
- Training in systems or related fields
- Experience in Technology departments
- Proficiency in CCNA courses
- Understanding of OSI model and IP addressing
- Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP)
