Job Description
GCI is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in delivering HR programs and initiatives. This role involves collaborating with leaders and employees to ensure alignment with HR priorities and compliance standards, handling workforce support, employee relations, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to building a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
