GCI is seeking a Rural Support Agent to support the Rural Network Operations in rural Alaskan communities. The agent will maintain satellite and wireless company assets, provide preventative maintenance, and support technical and customer-facing activities. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, 911 support, wireless customer premise installation, and remote assistance. Prior to accepting this position, applicants must be eligible to live in areas with arctic conditions and possess valid transportation.
