Job Description
GCI is seeking a Wireless RF Technician I to perform advanced troubleshooting, optimization, upgrades, maintenance, and repair of wireless RF transmission lines and equipment. This role involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring quality service, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting, communication, and safety skills.
Requirements
- Complete basic equipment installations, testing, and Operational Site Acceptance
- Perform installation, adjustment, advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Wireless RF transmission lines, antennas, and cell site equipment
- Provide technical support for technicians in remote locations
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety protocols
