Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to maintain, adjust and resolve problems with our powder packaging machines and transport installations. The role involves working on site (mainly in Europe, sometimes outside Europe) and from our office in Deventer for preparation and administration.

Requirements

• Preventive maintenance: replacing parts and ensuring optimal machine performance
• Testing, adjusting and commissioning new and existing installations
• Analyzing and resolving issues with powder packaging machines and transport installations
• Training, advising and instructing customers on the use of the machines
• Preparing service reports, time registration and supporting with offers for services or upgrades
