Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for fulfilling revenue objectives and adhering to accounting and reporting policies. This role involves reviewing financial operations, compliance, refining reporting, overseeing contract review, and training the accounting team. The manager focuses on financial integrity, asset safeguarding, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
• Experience with accounting and payroll systems such as QuickBooks
• Knowledge of government contracts and reporting requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience preparing documentation for audits
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA designation preferred
