Requirements

• 2+ years handling commercial attorney represented bodily injury or uninsured motorist bodily injury demand claims
• Commercial experience investigating and resolving coverage and liability investigations
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations
• Ability to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
