Job Description
GEICO is seeking a Commercial Cargo Claims Specialist to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex cargo claims across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling high-exposure claims, negotiating settlements, and analyzing intricate coverage issues.
Requirements
- Insurance commercial cargo experience - 1 year minimum
- Active Insurance adjusters license
- Ability to obtain/maintain additional licenses as needed
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
- Ability to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organization/priority setting skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
