Multi-Line Damage Adjuster Trainee

GEICO is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join their Multi-line Damage team as a Multi-line Property Damage Trainee. The position involves inspecting damage, estimating cost of repairs, negotiating settlements, issuing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits
• Willingness to be flexible with primary work location
• Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills
• Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
