Job Description
Responsible for the performance of tasks related to application implementation, adoption, enhancement, and support.
Requirements
- Application support & maintenance
- Root cause analysis
- Understanding of basic business functions
- Understanding of application deployment and management tools (SCCM/Group Policy)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows OS
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite
- Prior experience using ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SQL (preferred)
