Job Description
GEM Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to join their IT team in New York City. The role involves managing and maintaining Windows-based systems, collaborating with clients to understand their technology needs, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of systems. This is a hybrid position with onsite work in the NYC metro area.
Requirements
- Manage complex IT systems and infrastructure for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their IT requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Implement and support server environments, network configurations, and virtualization technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform system updates, maintenance tasks, and security patches.
Benefits
- Salary range for this position is $52,000 to $80,000 per year.
