Job Description
Gemini is seeking a motivated and trustworthy Senior Associate to support Custody Operations within the Wallet Operations team. This role involves owning operational processes for custody solutions, developing new processes, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless and secure digital asset operations. The position requires 5 days a week in New York City, with frequent travel to secured facilities.
Requirements
- Manage the execution of the company’s daily custody operations.
- Own, develop, and execute scalable and repeatable digital asset custody processes.
- Understand and contribute to the depth of our custody solutions and add value in cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional efforts in project execution.
- Assist in company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Drive business development opportunities and engage with regulators.
