Requirements

• Manage and drive our bug bounty program, collaborating with internal teams and external researchers to resolve issues and refine our processes.
• Lead and advise on application security reviews and threat modeling.
• Maintain and improve documentation and procedures related to application security, setting the standard for review quality.
• Promote and deliver security training to development teams, focusing on secure coding and tool usage.
• Build program-level visibility through metrics and dashboards that clearly demonstrate tool and program impact.
• Effectively communicate across teams with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Quickly analyze complex security problems and offer clear, effective solutions.
