Senior Product Manager (Mobile Security B2C)

Gen Digital is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the mobile security products across their freemium brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of product and feature launches, experience in mobile-first SaaS or consumer security products, and strong problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for building the product strategy, managing the roadmap, and driving business growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Conduct thorough research of the market, competition, customer needs, and assess internal strengths and weaknesses to build the winning product strategy.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap for mobile security products across freemium brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define, monitor, and assess KPIs to provide actionable insights and projections for the product to satisfy underlying business goals.
• Collaborate with other product managers, Sales and Go-to-Market teams, design, engineering, support, PMO, and other groups to ensure successful alignment, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
• Clearly articulate the story behind projects and define a set of requirements, justify prioritization decisions, and communicate them effectively.
