Job Description
Gen3 Marketing is seeking an Affiliate Director to lead the team, execute department objectives, manage client relationships, and ensure growth within the affiliate marketing agency. The role involves performance monitoring, client hand-offs, and staying abreast of industry trends. This position is critical in supporting the company's growth and delivering excellent results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct affiliate management experience
- Agency or network experience preferred
- Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks
- Demonstrated supervisory, delegation, and strong mentorship skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
- Understanding of the Affiliate Marketing environment
- Organizational skills
