Job Description
DCOF is seeking motivated professionals to join their team, focusing on personalized and high-quality care. The Treatment Coordinator will manage patient treatment plans, finances, and scheduling, ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff. This is a collaborative, growth-oriented position within a compassionate and wellness-focused practice.
Requirements
- Build patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Review treatment plan with patients and discuss financial options.
- Schedule new patients and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Monitor, schedule, and call patients for doctor/hygiene needs.
- Ensure outstanding balances are informed.
- Set up new patients within two to four days of their initial call.
