Job Description
A newly established start-up headquartered in Silicon Valley and with a branch office in Paris is seeking a Research Scientist (AI) to join their team. They are dedicated to transforming biology and medicine through the power of Generative AI, pioneering Large Biological Models (LBM) and aiming for ground-breaking advancements in healthcare. The company seeks visionary scientists and innovators to redefine the future of biology and medicine.
Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent expertise) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Proven track record in research and innovation (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ICLR, Nature, Science, Cell)
- Skilled in developing, implementing, and debugging deep learning methods/models (JAX, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong theoretical foundation (statistics, optimization, graph algorithms, linear algebra)
- Passion for interdisciplinary research (AI and Biology)
- Motivated and self-driven
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices (version controlling, documentation)
