New Talent Hairstylist

Gene Juarez offers a 3-month training program for licensed hair stylists to learn advanced techniques and guest service best practices. The program is designed to set newer artists up for success and provides a pathway for raises, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license
• 0-2 years of recent behind-the-chair experience
• Ability to fully commit to 3 months of focused training
• Available to work a full-time schedule - 5 days a week: Tuesday through Saturday
• Open scheduling availability upon completion of the program, including evenings and both weekend days
