Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Biology, or Statistics
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building modular, reusable codebases
• Experience designing, training, or evaluating deep learning models in modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch)
• Familiarity with molecular data structures (proteins, small molecules)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
