2026 Summer Intern - Public Affairs & Access: Customer Segment Strategy (Policy, Evidence & Access Strategy)

As a 2026 Summer Intern - Public Affairs & Access: Customer Segment Strategy (Policy, Evidence & Access Strategy) at Genentech, you will evaluate and improve QBRs, end-to-end contract processes, and account-support workflows to enhance consistency and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand workflows and develop scalable solutions that strengthen National Account Manager–led activities. You will also contribute to team projects, templates, and process initiatives that drive operational improvements and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or must have attained a Bachelor's degree (recent graduates not currently enrolled in a grad program)
• Must be pursuing a Master's degree or must have attained a Master's degree
• Must be pursuing a PhD or must have attained a PhD (Please note these candidates are NOT eligible for an internship in Research Biology, Drug Discovery, or DevSci)
