Job Description
Roche is seeking a Senior Principal Product Leader for In Vivo Workflows to define and execute the strategy for integrated In Vivo workflow products, aligned with research priorities and portfolio needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product leadership in life sciences R&D (biotech, pharma, CRO, or research technology)
- Deep literacy in in vivo and translational research workflows
- Strong understanding of lab informatics foundations
- Systems and data acumen across API-first and event-driven integration patterns
- Demonstrated delivery of measurable outcomes
- Proven stakeholder leadership across PIs, study directors, lab managers, assay owners, data and AI teams, engineering, and executive sponsors
