Job Description
General Atlantic's Human Capital Management (HCM) group is looking for a Coordinator to support our Recruiting Team in our New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Support scheduling and coordinating interviews, including managing candidate communications
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
- Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, including the full-cycle coordination of MBA and undergraduate recruiting processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team as needed
- Participate in broader firmwide programming, professional development opportunities, and weekly HCM meetings
