Requirements

• Determining and developing effective approaches for resolving difficult engineering problems
• Working with engineering leadership, program management, and customer representatives
• Supporting operation of engineering systems
• Troubleshooting, analyzing, and managing issue tracking
• Providing documentation and making technical presentations
• Directing the activities of designers, technicians, and professional staff
• Representing the organization in providing solutions to technical issues
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
