The HR Business Partner is integral to the success of General Atomics' business groups, responsible for organizational and employee development, and consulting with employees and managers to leverage best practices in human resource management.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or a related discipline
- Ten or more years of progressive professional experience in a corporate Human Resources department
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR initiatives globally, across multiple countries or regions
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects
- Excellent computer skills
