The Project Manager IV is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of one or more projects, serving as a liaison between project management, senior management, and customer representatives. The position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, configuration management, and PLM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Thirteen or more years of experience in project administration with at least seven years in project management
- Proven experience managing complex systems such as PLM platforms
- Understanding of MCAD tools and their integration with PLM systems
- Demonstrated expertise in configuration management processes and standards
- Familiarity with IUID requirements and standards for defense or government contracts
- Strong knowledge of PLM systems architecture, workflows, and data management principles
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources for large-scale initiatives
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, engineering design, and supply chain management
- Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR/EAR compliance
- Certifications in PLM, Configuration Management, or related fields
- Ability to manage and mitigate risks associated with lifecycle processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
