Software Developer II

Software Developer II position at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. to research, design, develop and modify software applications, plan for software development, and communicate with domain experts and users throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Under general supervision and with regular review
• Researches, designs, develops and/or modifies enterprise-wide end-user, system level, and data management software applications
• Formulate detailed plans for the implementation of software solutions
• Implementation of design including coding, testing, and documentation
• Deployment of applications across the enterprise
• Code maintenance including debugging and updating
• Assist in planning for future applications
• Communicate with the software developer group, with users, and with management
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information
