Job Description
The Shipyard Test Organization is seeking a highly motivated candidate for Electrical Test Supervisor for the Columbia Class. The successful candidate should possess effective planning skills with the demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects in a fast paced team environment.
Requirements
- Make daily work assignments to support test schedules.
- Maintain required paperwork (review paperwork daily for completeness and accuracy).
- Evaluate the performance of personnel and make recommendations for advancement, training or discipline.
- Ensure direct report’s training is up to date to meet all testing requirements (daily).
- Ensure all Electric Boat policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Review and report manpower needs as required, meeting schedules.
- Take effective disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and procedures and confer with Human Resources concerning employee problems and manner of resolution
