Job Description
Utrecht based IT Support Specialist role with a dynamic and growing organization, where you will be responsible for maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment, providing technical support to colleagues and customers, and continuously improving processes and systems.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level
- At least 5 years of experience in a larger IT organization and at least 2 years in a similar support role
- Fluent Dutch language skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to think ahead
- Strong documentation and knowledge sharing skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Service-oriented and energetic about helping others
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
- Valid driver's license (B)
