Job Description
Generate:Biomedicines is seeking a Senior Scientist I in Cell-free Protein Synthesis to contribute to efforts to expand and optimize our CFPS platform using synthetic biology, ML-guided optimization and strain engineering. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to produce game-changing novel CFPS workflows.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc with 10+ years or PhD+4 years of experience in a relevant science/engineering field
- Demonstrated expertise in implementation, analysis, and optimization of Cell-Free Protein Synthesis systems
- Experience with laboratory automation and high-throughput experimental design
- Deep subject matter expertise and experience with Cryo-EM is a plus
- Experience with data analysis in Python, Matlab, R or equivalent is a plus
