Bound for Adventure - President

This position is for a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the CEO. The President will be responsible for scaling the organization for sustainable growth and ensuring operational excellence across finance, marketing, program operations support, customer support, people functions, and IT platforms. The role requires a dynamic leader to drive business plans, KPIs, and a culture of accountability. It involves assessing the current state, developing strategies, and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of corporate managerial experience in the outdoor/amusement industry
