Job Description
APRN - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) role providing coordinated psychiatric services to patients at Generations Family Health Center in Putnam, CT, including routine and crisis adult and pediatric care. The role requires knowledge of agency and clinical policies, confidentiality, and development of individual ongoing care plans.
Requirements
- M.S. degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Nationally recognized certification in area of psychiatry specialty
- Board certification required
- Current licensure in State of Connecticut or ability to obtain licensure
- Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License
- Experience with Substance Use Treatment preferred
