The Director of Grants and Contracts will lead and centralize compliance and performance reporting of the agency’s grants and contracts to ensure the highest quality of compliance with legal and funder requirements across programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field, preferably with health and/or social service experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and experience with state, federal and local RFP processes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and proposals in deadline-driven environment.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in grant writing/grants and contracts management preferred, ideally in a non-profit environment.
