Job Description
Genesis is seeking a strategic Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize the practice's operations. This role focuses on financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, particularly within orthopedic or specialty care. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management and a deep understanding of payer requirements and state/federal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive revenue cycle experience in U.S. healthcare settings
- 3+ years in a director or leadership role
- Expert-level knowledge of billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), collections, A/R, denials, and reimbursement methodologies
- Strong EHR/PM system proficiency
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
