Job Description
Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth – FQHC & Physician Relations to spearhead our expansion strategy, focused on building strong partnerships with FQHCs, referring physicians, and urgent care providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, FQHC engagement, or provider relations
- Deep understanding of the FQHC ecosystem and value-based care delivery
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including comfort using CRM tools and performance dashboards
- Highly self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
