Requirements
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervision or operations leadership experience
- Experience leading frontline production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong planning, scheduling, and inventory management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and MRP/ERP systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
